As Formaation's Healthcare Director, Dr. Feanny provides each healthcare project with executive medical leadership.

As a clinician, Dr. Feanny has experienced first-hand the last decades dramatic shift in healthcare policy. Looking through the eyes of a doctor he insures that our projects are beneficial clinically, financially and relationally to each physician.

Formally trained in general and trauma surgery at the world renowned Baylor College of Medicine's Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, and receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School, Dr. Feanny's clinical practice is in Houston within the world's largest medical center.

Prior to joining Formaation, Mark specialized in the development of physician joint-ventured multi-disciplinary and multi-modality medical office buildings.

Dr. Feanny is also currently President and Founder of National Healthcare Development Partners of Texas (“NHDP”), a consulting development firm specializing in MOB/ASC development services to groups of physicians, IPA's and hospital administrators during initial phases of planning and design.

He is also the holder of numerous medical instrument patents and has experience with biotech companies and is a founding board member of Graace Charity, Inc.

Mark resides in Houston with his lovely wife and two daughters.
