Mr. Tollefsen is an entrepreneur. He started his first company at the age of 26. He has developed projects in diverse industries including software, oil and gas, fast food, entertainment, real estate development, theme park design, hydrogen flouride plants, healthcare, exotic animal wildlife parks and more.
Before starting Formaation, he developed a software company, "Practix, Software for Healthcare", which went public.
He was invited by the Irish Development Authority, Dublin, Ireland, to assist with the implementation of software development for the country of Ireland in concert with Trinity University, Dublin.
Mr. Tollefsen served as Economic Advisor to Gary Richardson during his campaign for Governor of Oklahoma.
He received the Gold Achievement award from the National Office of Junior Achievement.
He is the past Tulsa President of the Woolaroc Museum (established by Frank Phillips, founder, Phillips Petroleum Co., Bartlesville, Oklahoma).
Early in his career he graduated from the Neiman Marcus, Dallas, Texas, Executive Training Program.
Mr. Tollefsen graduated from Westminster College, Fulton Missouri in 1977. He has two great Native American Daughters in high school.
